Why Choose The Tiger’s Eye?
One of the important qualities of The Tiger’s Eye Skin Care products and treatments is their versatility. Many skin care products are developed for a certain type of skin or to care for a particular problem. It is not unusual to find products for oily, dry, or problem skin within one family of products, and similarly specialized salon facial treatments. Distinct skin care solutions have been developed for men, women, and even children to provide relief for problem skin and ensure proper health for all skin types.
This is not the focus of the Tiger’s Eye Skin Care product line or of our facials. Our Native American clay facials and our botanical-based products work for all skin types, ages, and genders. There are no type-specialized products, just the same fine formulations to help clean the skin and leave it glowing. However, we do recommend specific combinations of our products for particular skin types and problems. (See Shop.) And we take the same approach to our range of Native American Clay facials and skin treatments.
Our Products
American Vera is the base for every product in The Tiger’s Eye Skin Care product line. As is well known, this plant possesses wonderful healing qualities. In addition, the moisturizer and night emulsion creams have comfrey root and leaf as a fundamental ingredient. These plant extracts have strong healing properties and when combined with the other fine ingredients produce a remarkable difference in your skin.
Our Natural Clay Facials
Natural clay is one of the safest and most natural methods of exfoliation known. Our clay is used in a facial without any machines, chemicals, or peels. The only “tools” used are a cream made of simple clay and water, and the esthetician’s fingertips to spread the cream over the area to be treated, using a feather-light touch. We do also use the clay as a masque when appropriate, such as with severe sunburn, but its properties prevent the problems often encountered with more conventional masque treatments.
The Natural Clay Facial can help men, women, and even children with problem skin, including conditions such as cystic acne, rosacea, psoriasis, and eczema.
